Payment agreement
In order to make a payment, the following conditions must be true.
This account is not part of any bankruptcy matter.
This account has not been discharged in a bankruptcy.
You are not an active member of the United States Military or its Allies.
Recurring Payments: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize Stenger & Stenger, P.C. to process recurring payments for any plan that you setup. Such payments shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method has sufficient funds or credit available to cover each recurring payment. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of your service and termination of your payment agreement. You agree to update your payment information promptly if there are any changes to your preferred payment method.
By making a payment or setting up a payment agreement, you agree to the terms of any payment agreement and you agree to release the current creditor and Stenger & Stenger, P.C. and their agents and employees, from any and all liability for claims arising out of the account being paid.
